Evaluate
Once the program is up and running we conduct routine evaluations on the lowest performing sales people, provide 1:1 coaching, and follow up evaluations to confirm their commitment. If they are not coachable, as revealed in the eval, then they will be marked for replacement.
Sales Boot Camp
During the on-boarding process we arrange a 2 days sales boot camp for client teams. This two day boot camp puts real sales people in the same room to learn, review all sales fundamentals and practice them in real time.
This is when we build in the sales system so that future closing issues can be addressed with specificity.
Group Coaching
Part of most agreements with DSIX include bi-weekly group coaching for the entire team. This provides an opportunity for all ranks of sales people to participate in role play and glean insight from all ranks above and below.
Group coaching is also a great way to build morale and importance. When team members discover that you are providing actual coaching they get excited.
